Bright Dental Group is a modern dental practice complete with the latest technology. Our aim is to provide high-quality patient-centred care for all the family in comfortable surroundings. Dr Kate Kim
Dr Kate Kim graduated from Melbourne University with a Bachelor of Dentistry. Since then, with many years of experience in the dental industry, Kate is looking forward to providing quality dental services to the community.
Her passion for dentistry came from her own personal experiences as a child who was fearful about going to the dentist. Not wanting others to go through the same traumatic experience she did, she decided to study dentistry in order to become a caring and gentle dentist to others. She always makes sure to explain each step of the treatment process to her patients to ensure they feel comfortable while sitting in the dentist’s chair.
She enjoys all components of general dentistry with an emphasis on ensuring her patients are as comfortable as possible at all times. She takes pride in ensuring her patients feel at ease and answers any questions they have. She attends courses at both national and international levels to keep her skills up to date with advancements in dentistry.
Dr Esther Lee
Dr Esther graduated with a Bachelor of Oral Health in Dental Science and Graduate Diploma of Dentistry from Griffith University on the Gold Coast. She has a warm and caring nature, and is dedicated to providing comprehensive, high-quality dental care.
She is attentive to her patients’ needs and thoroughly explains concepts and treatment options, so they can make informed choices regarding their oral health. She enjoys all aspects of general dentistry, with particular interest in endodontic, periodontal and paediatric care.
Dr Andrew Lee
Dr Andrew is a locally-trained general dentist who completed his postgraduate Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from the University of Sydney. He is passionate about empowering his patients to make individualised treatment decisions in a pressure-free environment, taking an easygoing yet thoughtful approach when listening to your concerns.
Andrew is experienced in all aspects of general dentistry, having gained extensive experience in dental practices around Wollongong and Sydney. He is confident in tackling any of your dental concerns, big or small, including general check up and cleans, fillings, root canal therapy, crown and bridgework, wisdom tooth surgery, replacement of missing teeth and dental implants.
Andrew is consistently undertaking further education and training to stay up to date with the latest evidence and developments in dentistry, particularly in the fields of implant dentistry.
Outside of dentistry, Andrew likes to stay active by running and participating in CrossFit for the physical and mental challenges it brings. Above all, he loves to spend quality time with his partner, family and friends, especially when it involves going out for meals to keep him grounded and connected to the people who matter most to him.
About our Technology
Dr Kim invests in the latest innovative technology to ensure high quality outcomes for her patients. Our Cone Beam Computed Tomography (CBCT) equipment, for example, enables us to carry out 3D imaging of a patient’s oral and maxillofacial features. This means that we can examine a patient’s condition clearly and highlight any problems early on. In addition, the latest rotary files and apex locators make endodontic treatments such a root canal therapy better for patients.
We currently have a CEREC milling machine and Primescan, which enable us to offer our patients Crowns or Bridges in a single day!
